OrbitWebX provides professional digital services including website development, ecommerce solutions, UI/UX design, platform optimization, branding support, maintenance, and related technical solutions.Project engagement begins only after service confirmation, approved discussions, and mutually accepted project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and operational expectations.
Project Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, business content, branding assets, product details, access credentials, approvals, and required materials necessary for project execution.Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or unavailable resources may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
Payments & Billing
OrbitWebX follows professional billing standards for all digital services, development work, ecommerce solutions, subscriptions, and support agreements.Project payments, milestone structures, maintenance fees, and applicable service charges must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule before final deployment or transfer of deliverables.
Revisions & Modifications
OrbitWebX may provide reasonable revisions within the approved project scope during active development stages.Additional revisions, structural changes, feature requests, or functionality updates outside the agreed project scope may require additional timelines, resources, and service charges.
Intellectual Property
All custom designs, interface systems, development frameworks, branding assets, source files, documentation, and technical solutions developed by OrbitWebX remain protected under applicable intellectual property standards unless otherwise agreed through written contractual arrangements.Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or resale of OrbitWebX proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Platforms
OrbitWebX may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, hosting environments, analytical systems, or external software tools required for project functionality and operational performance.OrbitWebX is not directly responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates, security incidents, or operational limitations associated with external third-party providers.
Service Limitations
OrbitWebX is committed to delivering professional digital solutions using modern industry practices and secure development standards.However, OrbitWebX cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability, continuous third-party compatibility, platform uptime, or immunity from external technical failures, cyber threats, or unexpected operational disruptions.
Termination & Suspension
OrbitWebX reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate services in cases involving policy violations, abusive behavior, fraudulent activities, unauthorized usage, payment failures, or operational risks affecting project security and business integrity.Clients may also request service termination according to applicable project agreements and operational conditions.

OrbitWebX may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect service improvements, legal requirements, operational changes, technology updates, or revised business practices.Continued use of OrbitWebX services after policy modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms, operational policies, and service standards described within this agreement.
